## CreateTranscription

Transcribes audio into text. Accepts base64-encoded audio input as JSON or an OpenAI-style multipart/form-data file upload, and returns the transcribed text.

## CreateTranscriptionMultipart

Transcribes audio into text. Accepts base64-encoded audio input as JSON or an OpenAI-style multipart/form-data file upload, and returns the transcribed text.
